We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior Program Advisor to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in counseling prospective learners, driving enrollments, mentoring junior advisors, and contributing to overall business growth. This position requires strong consultative selling skills, leadership capabilities, and a learner-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners and recommend suitable academic programs based on their career aspirations and professional goals.
- Manage, nurture, and convert high-quality leads into successful enrollments.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior Program Advisors to enhance team performance.
- Address learner queries, concerns, and objections effectively throughout the enrollment journey.
- Achieve assigned enrollment, revenue, and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and enrollments using CRM systems and Excel.
- Ensure a seamless enrollment and onboarding experience for learners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve learner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Education Sales, Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree required; BBA, MBA, or other relevant postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and counseling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage follow-up processes effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
