Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic professionals to join our Inside Sales team as Program Advisors. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective learners, providing expert counseling on academic programs, and driving enrollments through effective relationship management and consultative sales practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Provide personalized counseling on national and international educational programs.
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs aligned with their career goals.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Address customer queries professionally and maintain long-term relationships with learners.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and enrollments in internal systems.
  • Prepare and update sales reports and performance trackers as required.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 0–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a relevant discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling customer interactions via phone and digital channels.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Customer counseling and relationship management.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
