Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team as Marketing Interns. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales, learner counseling, lead management, and customer engagement in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. It is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in sales and marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in following up with prospective learners and converting inquiries into enrollments.
  • Support the counseling process by providing information about national and international educational programs.
  • Engage with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Assist in achieving team sales and enrollment targets.
  • Respond to learner queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain and update customer records, lead databases, and reports accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Contribute to day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the department.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Students, recent graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
  • Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (Marketing), Business Management, or a relevant qualification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers via phone and digital platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
