Key Responsibilities
- Assist in following up with prospective learners and converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Support the counseling process by providing information about national and international educational programs.
- Engage with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Assist in achieving team sales and enrollment targets.
- Respond to learner queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer records, lead databases, and reports accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Contribute to day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the department.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Students, recent graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
- Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (Marketing), Business Management, or a relevant qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Comfortable interacting with customers via phone and digital platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
