Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students about MBA programs and career opportunities
• Handle inbound & outbound enquiries (calls, messages & follow-ups)
• Understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance
• Assist candidates through application & admission process
• Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
• Convert enquiries into successful admissions
• Achieve monthly admission targets

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• 0–3 years experience in counselling / education sales / inside sales
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Confident, target-driven and student-focused approach
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
